Most teeth bleaching products are carbamide peroxide or hydrogen peroxide based and are capable of altering the colours of the tooth itself. Not all tooth discolourations will respond to all teeth bleaching treatments. There are few different methods for bleaching teeth. The effectiveness of each method will ultimately depend upon the number of teeth that need to be bleached, the cause of the stain, and how badly your teeth are discoloured.
