Alex, originally from Kelowna, B.C., pursued an adventurous path after high school. Graduating from UBCO in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, she not only excelled academically but also thrived as a member of the university soccer team. Following graduation, Alex embarked on a transformative journey, spending a year exploring Australia and Indonesia. She later settled at Big White for a season, where fate introduced her to her husband, a talented chef. In 2022, Alex enrolled in the CDA course at OC, propelling her into a career with the Lifestyle team upon graduation. Outside of work, Alex leads an active lifestyle, participating avidly in soccer, golf, and snowboarding. She shares her home with Kobe, a mini Australian Shepherd, and channels her passion for fitness into teaching Spin classes at Spinco. Professionally, Alex applies her scientific expertise as a lab technician at a Cannabis Lab, contributing to innovative research and development.
